If you decide to return your Aviron, you will need to package it back up in the box in which it arrived and we will send you a return label for shipping. Aviron’s connected fitness equipment comes with a comprehensive 20-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories, including the touchscreen, motors, deck, belt, control pad, and frame, provided your initial membership is active and the equipment is purchased directly through our website. If your membership is no longer active or if you did not purchase directly from our website, you’ll still receive an industry-leading 10-year warranty on the drive motor and structural frame, plus a 1-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories. Equipped with 2 front wheels, where its weight is distributed, it can be easily rolled into place or moved through standard 36-inch doorways for convenient storage.

Does it come with assembly?

Aviron treadmills are designed for 60-minute assembly and do not require professional assembly. Assembly is recommended for two people. All tools and manuals are provided inside the box and video guides are available as well. We also offer white glove service, including scheduled delivery and professional assembly.

Aviron supports dedicated Bluetooth heart rate monitors, including but not limited to Apple Watch, Whoop, Wahoo (TICKR, TICKRx, TICKRfit), POLAR (H10, OH1+, Verity Sense), and Garmin (HRM). You can also upload and sync your workouts with Strava, Apple Health, Google Health, and many more.

Aviron covers free ground shipping to most zip codes within the contiguous United States. White Glove service, which includes scheduled delivery and professional assembly, is available for an extra fee.

White Glove service is currently offered in select zip codes within the contiguous United States. Your eligibility will be confirmed at checkout based on the shipping address you provide. Any essential upgrades purchased together with your Aviron are also eligible. Please note that accessories ordered separately are not eligible.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt, unless indicated otherwise on the shopping page. For White Glove delivery: Our delivery partner will contact you via email and SMS so that you may schedule your delivery. You will be provided with a 4-hour window, scheduled between Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm local time.

How much is the family membership?

Without a membership, you can create profiles, view live metrics, earn badges, level up, add and follow friends, track workout history, adjust resistance/incline, chart performance, use the iOS/Android MyAviron Companion app, and more. Enjoy the Family Membership with unlimited profiles for only $29/month, billed annually (equivalent to 2 months free), or choose monthly billing. Don’t pay up to 52% more—competitors charge $39 to $44/month.* If you already have a membership for other Aviron equipment, simply add another Family Membership for $10/month. * All prices are in USD
