## A world of ways to move

Train, play, stream, and compete. Every workout is a new adventure designed to keep you coming back.

## What $29 a month gets you

Every category, every profile in the house, one price. And on the days you'd rather not pick, there's a Workout of the Day.

- **Thousands** of workouts
- **Every 2–4 weeks** new workouts are added

| Category | What it is |
|---|---|
| Coached classes | Expert-led sessions keep you motivated and guide your technique, from your first ten minutes to your hardest forty. |
| Scenic destinations | Trade the view of your wall for somewhere worth exploring, at your own pace. The incline/resistance automatically adjusts. |
| Games | Turn effort into on-screen progress. Challenges and rewards help take your mind off the clock. |
| Competition | Friendly races with members, friends, previous versions of yourself, or AI opponents, one-on-one or in a group. |
| Les Mills | Music-driven group workouts with expert coaching: Pilates, flexibility, yoga, strength, and more. |
| Guided workouts | No instructor needed. The machine sets the targets and incline/resistance and tells you what comes next: cardio, intervals or strength. |
| Pros vs. Joes | Line up against professional and Olympic-level athletes, then find out how long you can hold their pace. |
| Power Play | Interval training with an interactive twist. Change pace, resistance or incline to score points. |

## One membership. Everyone in the family.

Not five profiles. Not "up to four devices." Unlimited. Everyone gets their own history, metrics, badges and streak, and nobody's numbers get mixed up with anybody else's.

## The hard part isn't week one

Anyone can do week one. Week thirty is where equipment quietly turns into a clothes rack, and that is the exact week the membership is built for. It isn't a content library with a bill attached. It's the reward loops, the streaks, the badges and the unlocks that get you back on the machine on a Tuesday in February when nothing about it sounds appealing.

**92%** of Aviron members are still working out with us a year later.

## Across 16 clinical trials

Adding game mechanics got people moving more compared with similar programs without them.

- **16** trials, **2,407** people

The 16 trials, from the paper's main chart. A dot right of the center line means the group with game mechanics moved more; left of it, that group moved less. 14 trials landed right of the line, one on it and one left of it. All 16 combined, the bold orange dot, landed right of it. The chart shows each result's side and order, not its size to scale.

## If you cancel

Let's do the worst-case scenario, because most other brands try to hide it. Here is exactly what happens to your Aviron after your membership ends.

1. **The screen still turns on.** It boots the way it did yesterday and no part of the hardware you bought stops being yours.
2. **Your history is still yours.** Every workout, every metric, every badge you earned, and every profile in the house. Still there, still tracking, and still exportable to a spreadsheet.
3. **Netflix still plays.** Streaming, music and books stay on the machine with no membership at all.
4. **Even the Wi-Fi is optional.** The Metrics Monitor runs with no internet connection and no membership, so a router outage or anything else can't take your workout away.

Featured streaming options (available without a membership): Prime Video, Spotify, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Max, Paramount+, YouTube TV, Apple Music, Tubi, Kindle, TikTok.

## Memberships made easy

Flick the switch. The number never hits zero, and the screen never goes dark. That's the difference between an Aviron and most of what else you've been looking at.

With a membership, 22 of 22 features are switched on; with no membership, 7 of 22.

## Three ways to pay

One membership covers every profile in your house and every category in the library. Less than a dollar a day for everyone. There is no higher tier, because there's nothing we've held back.

| Plan | Price | Billing | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual (save $60 a year) | $29/month | Billed once a year ($348). $60 less than paying month to month. | Unlimited profiles; every category, whichever Aviron you own; 20-year warranty stays active |
| Monthly | $34/month | Month to month, no term. Stop it, pause it or start it again whenever you like. | Unlimited profiles; every category, whichever Aviron you own; 20-year warranty stays active |
| Perpetual | $2,499 once | Pay it a single time and then there is no monthly anything, ever again. | Unlimited profiles; every category, whichever Aviron you own; no renewal, no price rises |

### A second machine

Add another Aviron to the membership you already have.

- **$10/month** on a monthly or annual membership
- **$999 once** on a perpetual membership

### What the rest of the category charges

| Brand | Price | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Aviron | $29 | Unlimited profiles. |
| iFIT / NordicTrack | $39 | Pro tier, limited to five users. |
| Echelon | $40 | Limited to five users. |
| Peloton | $50 | Household. |
| Hydrow | $50 | Household. |

Aviron's $29 is its annual rate ($34 month to month); the other four are each brand's own published monthly price, checked on 2026-10-06 (Echelon Premier $39.99 and Peloton All-Access $49.99, rounded up). Aviron's month-to-month rate is also the lowest of the five.

Machines come with a 30-day risk-free home trial in the contiguous US.

## The questions people actually ask

### Is a membership required?

No. Your Aviron is a complete working machine the moment it's assembled. Without a membership you still get unlimited profiles, the Metrics Monitor, your full workout history, achievements, friends, resistance or incline control, the MyAviron app and all the streaming apps. The membership adds the games, classes, races and programs on top.

### What if I never activate it?

You're never charged. Billing starts when you activate a membership (you log in with your account on the machine) and not a day before, so you can own the machine for a year, decide you want the games, and start then.

### Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes, on a monthly membership: twice in a calendar year, starting at the end of your current billing cycle and picking itself back up when the pause is over. Annual memberships can't be paused. Both are handled from a browser, no phone call needed.

### How many people can use one membership?

Unlimited. Each profile gets its own history and metrics, at no extra cost. Aviron is built for ages 10 and up with an adult nearby, so kids can have profiles too.

### What exactly is in the membership?

Thousands of workouts across eight categories: games, competition, Les Mills, coached classes, guided workouts, scenic destinations, Pros vs. Joes and Power Play, plus leaderboards, monthly challenges, achievement badges and Aviron coins to spend on avatars and upgrades. New workouts land every two to four weeks, and everything is included at one price.

### Can I try the machine first?

First-time machine buyers in the contiguous US get a 30-day risk-free home trial: use it, and if it isn't for you, send it back in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You can also book a virtual demo.

### Do I need Wi-Fi?

Not to work out. The Metrics Monitor runs with no internet connection at all. You'll want Wi-Fi or ethernet for the library, live competition, streaming and the software updates we push every few weeks, but a dropped router never costs you a session.
